Things to remember before submitting:
• Artwork should be 1000px wide max with a file size of no more than 1MB. Please format as JPG. Files that do not meet these requirements will be disqualified from the contest. (These are strictly for voting purposes; if your art is selected, we will be in touch regarding original files at a later date.)
• We will only accept FIVE submission per user; attempts to submit more will be rejected, so if you’re prolific, only submit your strongest art!
• Once you have submitted your art, you will not be allowed to delete it and replace it with a new design.
• You have until July 18 at 11:59 p.m. PST to submit!

I noticed that it already says I have 3 pieces submitted. Were some of the submissions from the previous deadline saved or is this an error?
It’s the same for me as well. I think it might be one of those user-wide things?

The number you are seeing is the total number of submitted designs. So do not worry.

Anyway, I accidentally submitted a really large PNG when the submission page opened up and now… I’m at the limit with a duplicate of my entry! D; Is there a way for that entry to be deleted?
I noticed the email says “These are strictly for voting purposes; if your art is selected, we will be in touch regarding original files at a later date”. Does this mean we can submit a mockup shirt instead of the design itself?
You are free to submit the design on a mock-up shirt, just make sure that it is of a high enough resolution so that the design is clearly visible. 1000px wide is the limit for dimensions.
Erm… i have seperate designs for the mane-cast + Luna, Celestia and Spike (9 in total), but it’s essentially the same motive, only with the pony(name) different.
Could i upload an overall picture and note that this is a stand-in for 9 single shirt-designs Or do i have to pick one or two and just hope that people will understand that there are more?
Please submit each design individually; per the guidelines above, you are limited to five designs, so if you have nine please select the ones you feel are the strongest.

I really hope WLF will change the rules before the contest ends, I gave some effort into these designs
and I don’t want to throw them away…
While we would prefer to have the contest open to as many individuals as possible, unfortunately at this time we are required to make it a U.S. only eligibility.
Whenever I click on the link to submit I get a blank page. I tried using both chrome and Internet Explorer will you get this fixed/is there any other way to submit?

The voting went live today, and I noticed that I’m only able to view a handful of submissions.
Is that normal? I wanted to see all of the designs.
