When can I expect my order to show up?
We ship our orders within 7 business days from the day your order is made. For art prints, we ship out your order within 3 days.
What payment methods are available?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and PayPal. Checks and cash are not accepted.
Why do I see multiple charges for the same amount?
When you place an order with WeLoveFine.com we may contact your credit card's issuing bank to confirm that your credit card has a valid number, and has not been reported as lost or stolen. This is communicated via a full authorization for the amount of the purchase.
However, we do not actually proceed with the charge at that time. This is simply one of the security measures we use to protect our customers.
Occasionally, a bank may hold the extra authorization on a customer's card. Some banks may hold these authorizations for up to 7-10 business days. You will need to contact your bank if you wish to have this authorization removed.
What is this $1.00 charge on my statement?

What is your return policy?
Returns will be processed after the warehouse has inspected items and declares that the items are in their original condition. Click here to download a return form to fill out. You must print a copy of the return form and fill out all necessary information and ship it back with your return. Please allow 7 business days from when it is delivered for your return to be processed.
All returns must have a return label on the package with a RMA number. To process your return and receive an RMA number email firstname.lastname@example.org. We recommend customers receive a tracking number when sending back returns.
Once an RMA is processed, the items must be shipped out immediately. Domestic packages need to be received within 2 weeks of the date the RMA was created. International packages need to be received within 3 weeks of the date the RMA was created.
You may return an item within the first 14 days after receipt so long as the items are in the original condition for a full refund.
You may exchange an item within 30 days of receipt for another item or store credit.

We ship anywhere in the United States, Canada and anywhere in the world. Mighty Fine is not responsible for any extra duty charges.
